Returned to native New Zealand after worlds in Hawaii. Capable of making phenomenal plays, Gazza even resorted to throwing lefty backhands into a gale in 2001 Nationals. His huge throws and calming influence on the team is sorely missed.

Sasha has been 'associated' to our Clapham lineage for many years and it's a pleasure now he's left. No longer do we have to put up with enquiries from the police about missing children, and there's always some vaseline left now he's doing less 'greasing them up'.

Clapham's only lesbian player, Helga would grab anything with those long fingers. Pulled down Si's handblocked hammer to win a sudden-death game at Nationals 2002.

Apeman would break the backs of our opponents with his persistence and desire to win. A big offensive player for us in Prague 2001 we're still hoping he's going to dust off the cleats for a swansong someday
